POA Collection Policy

Please make note of the following guidelines we must adhere to when addressing late payments.


30 days late: Assess late fee plus interest; receive past due statement.


60 days late: Assess late fee plus interest; receive second past due statement.


75 days late: Receive formal demand letter (pre-lien).


90 days late: Assess late fee plus interest; receive third past due statement.


105 days late: If no response, foreclosure authorization is sent to the Board, once received, paperwork is prepared and sent to attorney for lien and foreclosure procedures.
