The Point Owners Association, Inc. ("POA") is fully operated by a Board of Directors. The members of the Board are a diverse group of owners in The Point, who give their time voluntarily, and who are elected by the community to help run the neighborhood in an effective and efficient manner. A management company, Premier Management, assists the POA Board in day-to-day management of The Point.
