Carolina Water Service Meeting

A LETTER FROM CAROLINA WATER SERVICE:

Carolina Water Service, Inc. of North Carolina (CWSNC) will host a customer information meeting to provide an update and insight into the proposed tiered rate for The Point residential customers currently included in the 2019 rate case before the North Carolina Utilities Commission.

For this meeting (to provide the most significant amount of information in the short timeframe and answer everyone’s inquiries) we request that you, please send us your questions before the meeting. By providing your questions ahead of the meeting, our staff will have time to compile in-depth responses. All questions need to be emailed to Deborah Clark at deb.clark@carolinawaterservicenc.com.

There will be CWSNC staff available to answer any questions you have regarding the proposed tiered rate and any others you may have at that time. Our team will briefly remain after the meeting to answer any one-on-one questions. Again, please send us all your questions before the meeting.

The meeting will be held on Monday, November 11, 2019, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Lake Norman Volunteer Fire Department. Parking is limited, so please arrive promptly and do not park in front of the fire department’s bay doors or any designated fire personnel spaces.
