This is a friendly reminder that if you have not already submitted your proxy for the 2019 Annual Meeting – we kindly ask that you do so in advance, even if you plan to attend in person.
You can go online to https://thepointatlkn.com/ where you will find the downloadable forms available when you scroll down on the home page and click on the link that says POA 2019 Annual Meeting Packet. You can also fill out the attached fillable proxy and email it to [email protected], submit by mail to Hawthorne Management, PO Box 11906, Charlotte, NC 28220, or fax to (704) 347-4475.
The Annual Point Owners Association Meeting will be held on February 19, 2019 at the Village Ballroom. The meeting starts at 7:00 PM and registration will start at 6:30 PM. All are welcome, so please mark your calendars accordingly. The purpose of the meeting will be to:
- To elect two members to the Board of Directors of the Association for a three year term;
- To present the 2019 budget; and
- To consider and act upon any and all other matters that may be properly considered and acted upon at an annual meeting of the Association
