Please join us this Tuesday, February 18th at 7PM in the Village Ballroom for the Annual POA Meeting.
The Annual Meeting is a wonderful time to meet POA Board Members, Hawthorne Management Company, Community Volunteers and other fellow neighbors. The meeting will last approximately 1 hour. Key topics include:
- Welcome and Introductions
- POA President’s Report
- Recognition of our Community Volunteers
- Overview of how POA funds are managed including 2019 Financial Results, Income and Operating Expenses, Reserves and the 2020 Budget
- Recent community improvements
- Projects planned for 2020
- New Board Members will be announced
Doors will open at 6:30. We welcome and encourage all POA Members to attend and hope to see you there!
